Byebyerent also extends its service to real-estate investors
Aligned with our societal approach, Byebyerent also wishes to simplify the access to ownership through the development of the urban fabric in EU. Byebyerent therefore supports both individuals and professional investors by co-investing with them in their real estate projects.
What are the differences to be considered in the model ?
1. The LTV : As a real estate investor, your contribution in terms of equity must be higher (LTV of around 80%).
2. Byebyerent’s contribution : 100,000 € maximum per file in the initial roll-out phase of the model. This threshold might be revised upward in the future.
3. The typology of the property : Initially single living units. In the future, this might be extended to multiple-units buildings.
